Ingredients
For the base:
70g Rolled Oats (use gluten-free as optional).
2tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter (use unsweetened peanut butter as optional).
2tbsp Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
For the peanut butter layer:
3tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
1tbsp Maple Syrup
For the chocolate topping:
70g dark chocolate
Crushed Roasted Peanut Butter (optional)
Instructions:
Mix the base ingredients into a large bowl and stir using a wooden spoon. Then divide the base into a 6-cup silicon muffin tray, spread it evenly and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
For the peanut butter layer, mix those ingredients together and spread them evenly on the tray using a small teaspoon.
For melting the dark chocolate -Â Fill half of the saucepan with water, place a small metal bowl on top and heat it on the stove on medium heat. Then break the dark chocolate into little pieces and add it to the bowl and stir in gently using a wooden spoon. (Another option would be to break the chocolate into little pieces, place it in a microwaveable bowl, then put it in a microwave and set the timer to 1 minute).
Then pour the chocolate as a topping, sprinkle the crushed roasted peanut butter, and put them in the fridge until hardened. Enjoy!
